A Greek staple! Tzatziki  I love adding freshly ground pepper to mine for a bit of extra punch. Recipe below ⤵️

350g Greek yoghurt
2 Lebanese cucumbers, deseeded and grated (squeeze the grated cucumber in a chucks cloth to remove all the moisture)
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbls white vinegar or lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
Freshly ground black pepper to season

Combine all the ingredients, mix and taste. Cover and refrigerate until required. That’s it! Enjoy with your favourite crackers or as a side accompaniment to your meals.
