1 Cup of lemonade
1 Cup of Thickened cream
1 Pinch of salt
3 Cups of Self Raising Flour
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees fan.
Sift the flour into a bowl, add in the salt, cream and lemonade and mix with a knife until combined.
Tip onto a floured surface and knead until smooth and pliable. Gently roll the mixture out with your hands to a 3cm thickness and cut out your desired scone size with a scone cutter or the like.
Place them onto a lined baking tray close together and lightly dust with flour.
Bake for around 10-15 minutes and enjoy them with your favourite jam and cream combo.
