Patates – Greek Chips

For me, its one of life's treasures. Chips, Greek style. There isn't much to it to make them Greek. Its easy and worth it!

Ingredients:
As many potatoes as you want to cook, and any type. Peeled. 
Rice bran oil for frying 
Oregano 
Lemon pepper salt 

Method:
Pour some rice bran oil into a deep dish and heat until small bubbles form. In the meantime, peel and cut the potatoes lengthways into chips. 

Cook in batches so your oil doesn't lose its heat. 

Once cooked, sprinkle with the oregano and lemon pepper salt. 

Serve with crumbled feta on top or on the side.
